Panasonic's Android-based e-book tablet for the Japanese market


Panasonic showed a new e-book tablet on the e-book Expo in Tokyo. This Android e-book tablet supports Rakuten's e-book store, which opened in early August 2011. It's weighing 400 grams and the gadget has a 7-inch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, a dual-core CPU, a built-in camera and a microSDHC card slot. The price and release date will be announced shortly. Check out this youtube movie for more info:

    These reading tablets are great, though this one looks like being more a tablet than an e-reader. I have a Sony reader and I strongly recommend getting one if you enjoy reading.
